This role is located in Montpelier, OHand will be fully on-site.Starting Pay: $20.96 plus .25 Shift Differential for 2nd shift & .30 Shift Differential for 3rd shiftSchedule: 2nd Shift 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM & 3rd Shift 11PM - 7PMPay Schedule: WeeklyGeneral Labor Responsibilities:Instructed by supervisor on each taskTasks may include those similar to; General housekeeping, chopping scrap, handling solid scrapOccasionally operates fork lift to transport oil and trash to designated locationsMoves scrap to and from various locationsMaintains equipment and performs duties in a clean and orderly conditionOther duties as assignedGeneral Labor Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent (GED) preferredMinimum one-year manufacturing experience preferredPhysical Demands: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Employee must have the ability to stand up to 100% of the time and is required to use hands and fingers to handle or feel objects. They must be able to walk ad climb stairs, reach with hands and arms; stoop, kneel, crouch, bend, twist or crawl; push and pull; and talk or hear. Employee must regularly lift and or move up to 25 pounds repetitively and occasionallylift and or move up to 50 poundsWhile performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to extreme temperatures and certain contaminants and must wear common protective or safety equipment such as safety shoes, glasses, gloves, hearing protection, protected clothing, hard hats and respiratory protectionsuch as respirators.
