The resort’s Food & Beverage team plays an essential role in ensuring personalized service, whether through private in-room dining or large-scale banquet events.Job Summary:The In-Room Dining / Banquet Support role is a hybrid position that enhances the guest experience by providing seamless in-room amenity deliveries and assisting with banquet operations. This team member ensures timely, accurate, and professional delivery of in-room dining amenities while also supporting banquet setup, service, and breakdown for events. The position requires strong communication skills, flexibility, and a commitment to delivering luxury service standards across multiple guest touchpoints.Job Specifications:Onsite: Black Desert ResortShift & Schedule Availability: Year-Round / Full-Time or Part-TimePay Rate: $16/hour plus gratuity. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position.
