Benefits may vary based on state law.The Floor Technician is responsible for cleaning all floor surfaces of the clinic and/or patient housing in a thorough and professional manner. Cleaning services include: stripping, buffing, sweeping, damp mopping and waxing floors; pulling trash up to 30 pounds and various housekeeping duties according to departmental policies.Cleans and maintains assigned area of the clinic in a neat orderly, sanitary, and attractive condition according to established policies and proceduresUses proper equipment, cleaning materials, supplies and cleaning solutions according to procedure.Checklist completed daily and turned-in to the Director or crew leader at the end of the shift.This is not an all-inclusive list of this job’s responsibilities.
