Account Representative II

Must have knowledge of company products and customer service processes.DUTIES ,RESPONSIBILITIES, Provides order status and pricing information to customers. Maintains database records of customer profiles. Maintains status reports. Expedites orders at customer request. May participate in marketing and sales activities such as travel and customer development. Responsible for observing all laws, regulations and other applicable obligations wherever and whenever business is conducted on behalf of the Company. Expected to work in a safe manner in accordance with established operating procedures and practices.Additional Functions May perform shipping and receiving duties as required.
