A caregiver in this position works days from 9:30AM - 6:00PM or 8:00AM - 4:30PM, with rotating weekend and on-call requirements.A caregiver who excels in this role will:Provide professional nursing care to patients.Administer medication.Maintain complete and accurate documentation in medical records and plete authorization forms and laboratory requisitions.Implement pain management assessments and documentation.Adhere to the National Patient Safety Goals as outlined by JCAHO.Follow Code Blue protocol.Minimum qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:Graduate of an accredited LPN programFlorida Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) licenseBasic Life Support (BLS) certificationKnowledge of infection control practicesExperience with technologyComputer literacyPreferred qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certificationOne year of clinical experienceOur caregivers continue to create the best outcomes for our patients across each of our facilities.
