Distribution Administrator - Logistics (A Shift)

Job Details: SUMMARY: This position is responsible for the day-to-day clerical responsibilities of a Tyson owned Logistics Center Inventory department. Some of the specific duties include but are not limited to: Answer all Claim issues for all inbound and outbound loads. Oversee all claims research and report out. Outbound and inbound in-transit issues. Daily and weekly reports for Inventory Manager including Chep pallets, SOX controls reports, and several others. Back up weekly WMS reports, inputting KPI information, setup and bill out donation and employee sales loads. Reconcile Lost and Scrap. Manage MD3 requests, release counts, and backup export clerk are some of the responsibilities. A Shift: Monday - Thursday (7AM - 6PM). QUALIFICATIONS: Education: High School diploma or equivalent. Experience: 3 plus years Office experience. Computer Skills: Computer skills required. For example, generating spreadsheets, extracting data from spreadsheets, power BI and creating simple queries. Working Knowledge of WMS Blue Yonder a requirement.
