Here at ALVIC USA, we are seeking an Industrial Automation Controls and Mechatronics Technician that will be responsible for performing and tracking all preventative maintenance and scheduled service of factory machinery and equipment. Responsible for maintenance and periodic modifications to electrical, compressed air, humidification, mechanical systems. Technical Skills PLC and Automation: * Extensive experience in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of PLC hardware and software systems. * Proficiency in PLC programming and troubleshooting. * Knowledge of PLC platforms such as Beckhoff or Siemens. * Ability to read and interpret PLC I/O maps. Electrical and Controls Systems: * Strong understanding of wiring diagrams, blueprints, and control schematics. * Hands-on experience with VFD and PLC wiring. * Proficiency in troubleshooting low and high-voltage systems. * Capable of installing and maintaining electrical control panels and wiring systems. * Ability to diagnose and repair motors, drives, and relays. Networking and Control Systems: * Experience in the use and maintenance of human-machine interfaces (HMI) and supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA) systems. * Knowledge of industrial communication protocols like Ethernet, Ether CAT, Profibus, or Device Net. Mechanical and Other Systems: * Ability to perform advanced maintenance on mechanical, pneumatic, electrical, and hydraulic systems. * Experience in repairing components that require welding, plumbing, or fabrication. * Knowledge of replacing high-load components such as bearings, shafts, and actuators. * Capability to use advanced diagnostic tools and precision alignment tools.
