This includes development of OSP fielding projects and oversight of each project’s organization, scheduling, implementation, and completion; and responsibility to collaboratively work with and support others contributing to OSP fielding and design project, whether employees or external vendors. This position is responsible for managing direct reports, as assigned, and for overseeing performance by vendors. Travel requirements vary by project, can be up to 75%ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned:Manage day-to-day activities for multiple assigned OSP fielding projectsPlan, organize, and direct activities concerned with vehicles, equipment, and systems as part of individual OSP projectsPrepare and submit performance requirements, material needs, timing information, budget estimates and other operational documents in support of Circet USA proposals and quotesPrepare proposals and quotesEvaluate fielding methods and determine cost-effectiveness of plansSchedule OSP fielding projects in logical steps and budget time required to meet deadlinesStudy OSP fielding project specifications to determine appropriate fielding methods and needsObtain necessary permits and licensesManage and track inventory, materials and equipment including project specific inventory, tools, vehicles, equipment and suppliesDetermine labor requirements and engage with Human Resources to recruit, hire and/or re-assign employees to ensure adequate staffing levels are metDirect and supervise subordinate employees and vendors involved in managing and performing day-to-day OSP fielding activitiesSelect, coordinate and oversee vendors that complete specific pieces of OSP fielding projectsMeet contractual conditions of performance set by customerMonitor budget and input data for systems to prepare progress and cost tracking reports for internal and external useMonitor OSP fielding progress, make adjustments necessary to meet deadlines, specifications, building codes, safety codes and other applicable regulations and input data for systems to prepare progress reports for internal and external use.Investigate damage, accidents, emergencies and delays; determine and take action to mitigate impactConfer with employees, vendors, customers, owners, architects and design professionals to discuss and resolve matters such as work procedures, complaints, and fielding problemsBe familiar with fielding safety and quality programs and manage OSP fielding projects according to applicable safety requirementsMonitor projects to be sure site safety inspections are conducted and ensure safety and quality guidelines are followed by employees and vendorsRegularly and continuously review the work progress for each OSP fielding projectAnalyze, manage and mitigate risksEnsure quality fielding standards and the use of proper fielding techniquesHire full-time and temporary laborers to contribute to each projectApprove timecards and time off requests from employeesApprove expense reports from employeesPossess valid driver’s license and reliable transportationOther duties, as assignedSAFETY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Adhere to, promote, and accept personal responsibility for compliance to:Federal and Local Occupational Safety and Health RegulationsIndustry Consensus StandardsCircet USA Injury and Illness Prevention Program ManualParticipate in job site safety/hazard analysisEDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, and/or QUALIFICATIONSMinimum of 3 years OSP fielding experience of equivalent combination of education and training requiredMinimum of 2 years of leadership experience in managing people and projects strongly desiredProficient in use of Microsoft Office suite of programs (Word, Excel, Outlook)GIS familiarityAbility to manage multiple projects at once with no decline in customer service or quality controlExcellent verbal and written communication skillsExcellent planning, organizational, leadership and interpersonal skillsCapable of interfacing well at all levels within a large organization and customer base.Exhibit personal power and leadershipExhibit self-awarenessExhibit a tendency for continuing education and self-improvementExhibit enthusiasm and determinationExhibit industry awarenessExhibit exceptional organizational skillsExhibit the ability to live the Circet USA ValuesPOSITION QUALIFICATIONS/ REQUIREMENTSTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
