Aspire has health centers in four Central Indiana counties serving Hoosiers of all ages and walks of life.Position SummaryThe License Eligible Therapist - Addictionswill utilize a strengths based recovery-focused approach to facilitate addiction and dual diagnosis groups and individual/family therapy services to individuals with substance use disorders in an outpatient setting. This position will be part of a multi-disciplinary team that works with behavioral health professionals and primary care providers to provide integrated healthcare to the individuals we serve in order to achieve their identified goals.Education/ExperienceMaster’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling or other mental health related field accredited by the US Department of Education requiredMinimum two (2) years experience in related field requiredCommunity Mental Health experience highly preferredMust have excellent diagnostic and treatment planning skills; knowledge of substance use disorders treatmentKnowledge of social service systems, community resources, legal systems, and child welfare systems highly preferredLicensureMust have a temporary license to practice or;Be recognized as a Licensed Social Worker (LSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor Associate (LMHCA) or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Associate (LMFTA) by the State of IndianaRecognized as a Licensed Clinical Addictions Counselor (LCAC) preferredMust be working torwards full licensure (LCSW, LMFT, LMHC)BenefitsAspire prioritizes a work culture that takes care of employees not only at work but in their personal lives as well.
