Pivot Onsite Innovations has an immediate need for an experienced and passionate PRN Industrial Physical Therapist to offer as needed coverage at our client’s site in Pennsauken, NJ South Brunsick, NJ and Phialdelphia, PA. This is accomplished through building on our Core Values of one team, understanding our business, recognition, people-focused, accountability, continuous innovation and trust and integrity, which are the foundation for our unique culture.Job Summary:The PT will plan, coordinate, and supervise all components of a worksite injury management and health improvement program for employees on a part-time basis. They will work under the direction of the Onsite Innovations Medical Director to carry out activities in the following areas: injury prevention and evaluation, OSHA emergency/first aid treatment, physical conditioning and rehabilitation assistance, health education and coaching, and worksite health promotion and marketing activities.Position Responsibilities:Provide on-site care and management of occupational and non-occupational injuries and illnesses using OSHA first aid (massage, taping, minor wound care, ice, and heat)Provide On-site Physical Therapy - Rehabilitation for pre/post injuryWork in conjunction with the NP/PA, and Director of Athletic TrainingFCE (Functional Capacity Evaluations), Return to work, Work Hardening,ADA Compliant, ADA Job analysisAct as liaison between employee/employer and physician group to arrange physical evaluations and coordinate post-injury rehabilitationAssist and participate with safety initiatives and OSHA regulatory complianceElectronic documentation for all occupational and non-occupational conditionsDevelop, coordinate and implement Occupational injury prevention programsCoordinate and lead Ergonomics Evaluations and Project Tracking with site leadership teamsResponsible for educating employees about their health risks and/or conditions, educating employees about resources available to them, and facilitating lifestyle behavior changeReviews biometric screening results with employees and establishes appropriate health goals and supports participants to meet health and wellness objectivesProvide personal fitness and exercise prescriptions and ongoing coaching to achieve physical activity and health improvement goalsEvaluates program effectiveness, utilization and makes recommendations for changeAdheres to Onsite Innovations Quality Control, Communication, and Key Performance Indicator standardsPosition Requirements:Valid State License3+ years of physical therapy experience where significant rehabilitative skills were required2+ years Occupational Health experienceCertified in CPR/AED/First AidCertified to perform DOT Urine Drug & Alcohol Screens a plusCertified Occupational Hearing Conservationist a plusOn-site occupational health experience a plusPrior wellness coaching and/or fitness industry experience/industrial experience preferredAbility to communicate with all levels across the organization effectivelyStrong administrative and management skillsAbility to work independently with minimal supervisionAbility to maintain high level of professionalism, ethics and confidentialityExperienced in developing health and wellness programs and performing ergonomic assessmentStrong knowledge of workers compensation case management and regulationsWorking knowledge of HIPAA, ADA, FMLA and OSHA regulationsFamiliarity with manufacturing and production facility practices.Proficient with Microsoft Office.Position may require proof of COVID-19 vaccinationAthletico provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any type without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state or local laws.
