This position is also responsible for managing and directing all interaction with contractorsKey Roles and Responsibilities:Work with vendors for all assigned contractor repairsAssist stockroom with order issuesEnter all E-Maintenance work-ordersfor contractorsResponsible for contractors ISN complianceManage the competitive bid processReconcile invoices with purchase ordersAssist Maintenance MLS clerk when neededContractor Safety LiaisonWrite daily requisitions needed for plant operationsMatch purchase orders with requisitionsIntegrate/ coordinate contractor work with maintenance staff as neededResponsible for scheduling all contractorsCommunicate professionally with all levels of ManagementOther duties as assignedThis is a safety sensitive position. This is an on-site position.Qualified Candidates for the Maintenance Planner and Contractor Integration Manager position should possess the following:3-5 years of experience in the maintenance or related technical fieldProficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skillsPrevious experience managing contractors and projects, preferredStrong safety and performance recordSolid leadership/people skillsStrong attention to detailsKnowledge of mechanical and electrical systems is a plusHigh school diploma or equivalent, technical certification or associate degree preferredMust be at least 18 years of age or older.Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S. We are unable to provide visa sponsorship at this time.National Beef is a leader in producing fresh, chilled and further processed beef products for customers in the U.S. and worldwide.
