Executive Editor

Oversees the day-to-day editorial, production, and distribution processes that underpin the journals intellectual vision and reputation for excellence and relevance, including TNSRs print edition, online edition, and podcast.Works with the editor-in-chief, board chair, editorial/advisory boards, and others to solicit excellent manuscripts from top scholars and policymakers, both emerging and established. Makes timely and constructive decisions on suitability of submissions and solicits peer review feedback in collaboration with the leadership team and associate editors.Acts as an intellectual spokesperson for the journal to academic and policy audiences.Tracks journal metrics, including information on demographics and impact, and produces regular, data-informed reports on TNSRs performance and goals.Other related functions as assigned.
