Senior Academic Program Coordinator

Act as back up and support Associate Directoron allAcademicAffairs related tasks.Support and collaborate with assistant director of academic advising to train and partner on academic advising.Assist with managingcourse inventory and course scheduling processes, including cross-listing, for the School of Civic Leadership.Attend curriculum committee, acting as record keeperon behalf of Associate Director of Academic Affairs.Coordinate and support faculty proposals for Signature Courses, Skills and Experience Flags, and Core Curriculum designations.Train to take on management of course catalogs, examination schedules, and related timelines that structure undergraduate study. Provide supportfor all aspects of course registration, including early registration, add drops, and waitlist processes.Stay abreast ofrelated reporting and compliance monitoring. Support in ensuringtimely submission of syllabi and faculty CVs. Coordinate end-of semester course evaluation administration and grade reporting.Train and assist with management ofseats in classes with Seat Management System. Coordinate seat management with related departments, communicate with faculty and students.Assist with academic appeals.Other duties as assigned.
