Leadership and SupervisionOversee and monitor all activities of the data analytics and data warehousing teams.Provide thought leadership and act as a subject matter expert in designing and recommending analytical approaches and methodologies.Promote a data-driven culture and ensure the team is aligned with the businesss goals.Strategic PlanningDevelop and implement data strategies that support business objectives.Provide management visibility into data-driven insights that inform the businesss strategic direction and KPIs.Determine the adoption of suitable tools and technologies to drive innovation and create a competitive advantage.Collaboration and CommunicationEngage with cross-functional teams, including human resources, finance, and IT, to identify data requirements and capitalize on municate data insights and analytics stories across the business to highlight the importance of data work and the actions that should follow.Data Governance and SecurityEstablish comprehensive policies for information management, ensuring data integrity, security, and compliance with relevant regulations.Implement active and passive security measures to protect data effectively.Performance MetricsDefine key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to assess the effectiveness of data initiatives.Use data analysis to support stakeholder decision-making and identify trends.Team DevelopmentMentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.Ensure constant improvement in professional skills and readiness for future leadership roles.Perform other related duties as assigned.Knowledge/Skills/AbilitiesTechnical SkillsProficiency in data analysis, data mining, machine learning, and programming.Experience with data analytics and data visualization tools, particularly Workday and PowerBI.Strong understanding of data governance and data integrity principles.Leadership and ManagementProven leadership experience and the ability to manage and develop a high-performing team.Experience in strategic planning and implementing data strategies.Analytical and Problem-SolvingStrong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.Ability to transform data into actionable insights that drive business munication and CollaborationExcellent communication and collaboration abilities.Ability to communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders effectively.Soft SkillsStrong analytical and strategic mindset.Ability to mentor and develop team members.Passion for data and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
