Senior Epic Interface Analyst

Interface Development and Analysis: Conducts analysis, design, and development activities related to the creation and maintenance of HL7 real-time and integration interfaces. Serves as a liaison between business operations and providers, internal information technology, system users, and vendors working within defined project objectives for issue and problem resolution.Technical Leadership: Defines and communicates the approach and standards related to analysis, design, and development activities for HL7 interfaces in both Epic Bridges and selected integration brokers. Maintains current knowledge of technology trends including HL7, Epic software, and other leading clinical applications.Project and Process Management: Develops and maintains interface and conversion plans, manages project scope to achieve targeted deliverables and milestone dates, and prioritizes changes to interface scope. Adheres to organizational Systems Change Control policies and procedures and participates in Change Control, Upgrade Planning, Downtime Planning, and Go-Live Planning committees.End-User Support and Testing: Provides support to end-users both remotely and in-person. Monitors, investigates, troubleshoots, and resolves incoming tickets.
