Senior Recruitment Officer, Texas McCombs

Communicate with and engage prospective students throughout the admissions and enrollment process on an individual basis via phone, email, and in-person meetings.Use assessment data to understand target student population and develop a strategic recruiting plan in collaboration with MSPO and Marketing staff.Coordinate all aspects of on campus visitations, information sessions and other recruiting events. This may include recruitment and outreach activities with colleges and organizations throughout the US and internationally, representing the university at college fairs and programs, implementation of on-campus events at the University of Texas, and traveling as necessary to implement the MSPO recruitment strategy.Partner with MS Program and Career Management staff to identify alumni and current students to support the admissions process. Develop processes to funnel requests from prospective applicants to speak with alumni or current students.Partner with Advisory Council members and external stakeholders as needed to support admissions.Work collaboratively with Marketing and MSPO Admissions teams to identify broad and varied pipelines and convert prospective students into applicants.
