Maintains and manages Data Courier connections across multiple Epic environments. Monitors and validates data transfers across environments. This includes the ability to deploy and maintain Data Courier interfaces and environment ports.Configures Data Courier behavior to align with organizational change control processes. Maintains environment version control.Triages and resolves errors in data transfers.Collaborates with ServiceNow teams to enforce and refine change management SOPs.
