Work with stakeholders to roll out new data collection systems, promote student participation, and ensure alignment with College and University goals and initiatives.Write comprehensive assessment plans to track metrics related to programs, tactics and interventions aimed at achieving Career Success outcomes.Perform data processing, transform data sets, and create variables to prepare final data sets for analysis.Track and analyze application and matriculation trends for health professions programs, first destination data, and experiential learning participation rates.Design data collection protocols, such as for interviews or focus groups, and/or surveys as necessary to augment available data and meet all Career Success reporting needs.Analyze data, identify trends, generate descriptive statistics and create data tables and visualizations.Meet regularly with Career Success stakeholders to present formative data and work with stakeholders to use insights to recommend programmatic changes aimed at enhancing student career success throughout their academic career.Create robust systems for maintaining data accuracy, integrity, and accessibility across tools like Excel, institutional databases and tableau.Work closely with IR team members, Career Services, Experiential Learning, Health Professions staff and senior leaders.Contribute to strategic discussions about student career services, data collection, tracking and reporting.Perform other duties as assigned.Career CompetenciesPlan and conduct multi-faceted evaluations.Build, transform, and analyze large data sets.Manage data and assess information quality.Present research findings to varied leadership and stakeholder groups.Contribute to conversations about data governance, privacy, sharing, and transparency.Collaborate with College leadership on issues of student career preparation, career outcomes, and satisfaction.
