Job Description We are seeking a highly-skilled Senior Business Analyst to spearhead the implementation of our next-generation external search engine for the business website. This role is crucial in leading the transformation of the customer search experience leveraging advanced search technologies to improve product discoverability, and support our customers and partners in finding the right information quickly and efficiently. Job Responsibilities: u2003Manage Global Sales & Marketing IT Digital Transformation projects using Scaled Agile in a fast-paced environment ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery u2003Collaborate and partner with business and IT in defining, preparing and executing projects and change programs ou2003Gather and analyze business requirements ou2003Understand the needs of the business on a strategic and operational level ou2003Develop overall project plans and approach in collaboration with the business team ou2003Develop high-level functional design and create business workflows and user flows as needed ou2003Analyze varying solutions and recommend strategy with an eye on automation, AI/ML, functionality, cost, technology and value as appropriate ou2003Mitigate risks and address project obstacles as needed ou2003Drive implementation with the onshore/offshore software development team ou2003Effectively engage and communicate with project team, management, project stakeholders and business team to share project status and identification/resolution of any project issues ou2003Conduct IT acceptance testing and coordinate testing with users ou2003Coordinate project deployment with the release management team u2003May be responsible for sourcing, negotiations and managing outside vendors u2003Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for optimizing content for improved search results and user engagement.
