This position requires experience with multi-location programming with precise logistics, high touch hospitality, and seamless service execution. The role demands a leader who can provide a white glove experience at every interaction while mastering operational details. Key Responsibilities: u00b7 Coordinates and oversees a variety of customized catering services for on floor catering events and on floor service operations u00b7 Leads daily catering delivery operations and on-site catering functions u2014 including labor management, food preparation, transport, setup, guest service, and post-event breakdown. u00b7 Oversee staffing, scheduling, and real-time issue resolution during peak periods u00b7 Hires, trains, and schedules catering staff, and will be actively involved in the development of existing catering staff in-service techniques, menu presentation, policies, and procedures u00b7 Develops and maintains detailed SOPs for service delivery, guest experience, and event execution u00b7 Partners with the Event Planners on menu offerings based on client feedback and market trends u00b7 Booking, selecting and costing menu items, pricing contracts, and resourcing temporary help and equipment experience is key u00b7 Collaborate with culinary and service leaders to drive quality and consistency u00b7 Represent the spirit of hospitality through precision, polish, and professionalism Preferred Qualifications: u00b7 Minimum of 5 years of experience in the hospitality industry, including 3 years in management (preferably in high-volume, luxury catering, banquet, or room service operations) u00b7 Expertise in service delivery, logistics, and event execution across multi-floor or complex environments u00b7 Experience in menu selection and costing, contract pricing, and sourcing temporary staff and equipment to support high-quality event execution u00b7 Proven ability to lead solution-oriented teams and thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environments u00b7 Strong background in staff management, team building, and labor cost management u00b7 Ability to supervise food preparation, service execution, and post-event breakdown with a focus on operational excellence and guest experience Associates at Restaurant Associates are offered many fantastic benefits. + Medical + Dental + Vision + Life Insurance/ AD + Disability Insurance + Retirement Plan + Paid Time Off + Holiday Time Off (varies by site/state) + Associate Shopping Program + Health and Wellness Programs + Discount Marketplace + Identity Theft Protection + Pet Insurance + Commuter Benefits + Employee Assistance Program + Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs) + Paid Parental Leave + Personal Leave Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis.
