Service supervisors are responsible for training, coaching, and encouraging their team of technicians. Responsibilities include but are not limited to helping technicians on difficult assignments and keeping track of materials; ensuring all equipment functions properly; overseeing the activities of service technicians; and teaching pest control best practices and company policies.Experience in the Pest Control IndustryBasic math and writing skillsCommunication devices; including cell phone, email, and internet applicationsComputer skills including use of MS Windows Applications and PDA hand-held computer technologyExcellent client relationship skillsListening, verbal, and written communication skillsUnderstand and remember client preferences and needsAttention to detail, observantAt least 18 years of ageHigh school diploma or equivalentAble to work before 8 AM, after 5 PM, and/or on weekends (including split shifts)Valid motor vehicle operator's licenseAvailable to travel overnight when neededGood Driving RecordPass drug & background checksBio-Serv companies are proud to be #ZR
