It also means tangible opportunities for your future through learning and advancement.Hospital/Clinic Address:2130 W SYCAMORE STKokomo,Indiana46901PRN Shift/Hour Requirements: 2 weekend day shifts per month, 1 major holiday, 1 minor holidayYour Responsibilities as an Inpatient Rehabilitation/Acute Care Speech Language PathologistDeliver evidence-based, quality care to each patient to facilitate return home or to next level of careEstablish timely treatment plans for each patient’s specific needsDemonstrate a positive connection with patients, patient families, fellow clinicians, and other hospital team membersBuild and maintain relationships throughout the hospital (I.e. physicians, case management, nurses, etc)QualificationsGraduate of a CAA approved Speech-Language Pathology programCertificate of Clinical Competence from American Speech-Language-Hearing AssociationState Licensure in Speech Language PathologyClinical Fellows are welcome to applyBasic Life Support certificationCompensationPay Range: $46 - $56 per hour (Any posted pay range considers multiple compensations factors including background, experience, and work location while also allowing for salary growth within the position)A Mission That Moves UsAt PT Solutions, we are a team united by a shared purpose: expanding access to transformative care.
