Weston & Sampson is rapidly expanding its environmental resource management, federal services, infrastructure, sustainability and resiliency practices. We are seeking a NEPA and Environmental Permitting Practitioner with 10+ years of experience to support our clients and project teams with regulatory permitting and NEPA services for a wide variety of projects. Significant experience developing and implementing NEPA clearance strategies for military, FEMA, HUD, and USDOT projects is a plus. What you’ll do:Serve clients as a vital member of multi-disciplinary project teamsSupport federal services, infrastructure, climate resilience, and environmental projects with permitting and NEPA servicesPrepare presentations, reports, memoranda, and other high-quality communication materialsPrepare both analytical and planning-level studiesPrepare presentations for and facilitate stakeholder meetingsPerform other related duties as requiredTravel may be requiredWhat you will bring:Master’s degree in environmental policy, planning, or a related fieldExperience completing NEPA reviews for a variety of project typesOutstanding written and verbal communication skills; ability to communicate complex information to stakeholdersProblem-solving skills and a strong work ethicAbility to complete multiple tasks concurrentlyThorough knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite software productsMust have a valid driver’s license#LI-HYBRIDWeston & Sampson is an 100% employee-owned, full-service environmental and infrastructure consulting firm made up of more than 1,000 professionals, who work together to develop innovative, cost-effective solutions for our clients.
