It includes:Providing tier 4 technical supportResponsible for monitoring ticket queueRequired Qualifications: We are actively looking for Systems Engineers with eleven (11) years of relevant experience, a Bachelors or Master’s degree with the following skills:Citrix App and Desktop Virtualization ExperienceGeneral Virtualization Concept ExperienceWindows Operating System ExperienceExperience with citric virtual applications and desktops in an enterprise environment on Hyper-V and NutanixDesired QualificationsMasters in programming, computer science, networking, or related fieldCertifications in CitrixPreferred Experience in: Nutanix, Scripting Skills (such as PowerShell), GPO Administrator, Windows Operating System 11BCore is proud to be an equal opportunity workplace.
