Rope Access Tech II

Acuren is currently recruting for Level II Rope Access Technician to support our opration in Colorado. This position is an intermediate level position that is responsible for carrying out Rope Access Level II duties and responsibilities in a safe and timely manner as assigned by the Rope Access Level III Technician.Perform advanced rope access work at heights using established rope access techniques and systems while ensuring compliance in accordance with IRATA/SPRAT Level 2 standardsPlan and implement rope access systems for various work scenariosMaintain rope access equipment and report any safety concernsDemonstrate skills and knowledge of a Rope Access Technician Level 2Establish techniques for proper examination of objects under inspection, ensuring strict adherence to safety regulations and company safety procedures. Conduct specialized inspections and complete detailed work reports on resultsAssist in rigging and rescue plans under the supervision of the Rope Access Level 3 TechnicianCollaborate effectively with multi-disciplined and cross-functional trade specialistsAssist in identifying area and task-related hazards and communicating them to the Rope Access Level III TechnicianOther work duties as assignedKNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES: Strong knowledge of industrial safety standards and proceduresPhysical capability to perform strenuous work at heightsAdaptable to changing schedules with willingness to travel regularly, including last minute and overnight travel Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to follow directions and proceduresAbility to show comprehensive knowledge of advanced rescue techniques.
