Description We are looking for a dedicated and organized Assistant Property Manager to join our team in Cincinnati, Ohio. In this role, you will oversee daily property operations, ensure tenant satisfaction, and support the management team with budgeting, reporting, and project coordination. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to the efficient management of a commercial property while maintaining strong relationships with tenants, vendors, and contractors. Responsibilities: u2022 Coordinate and assign daily tasks to the property team to ensure smooth operations and adherence to performance standards. u2022 Assist in creating and managing annual operating and capital budgets, ensuring the property meets financial goals and objectives. u2022 Develop, review, and implement property policies and procedures to optimize day-to-day operations. u2022 Oversee property accounting processes, including invoice approvals, budget variance analysis, and expense reconciliations. u2022 Supervise and evaluate vendors and contractors, ensuring quality performance and resolving disputes as needed. u2022 Conduct regular property inspections, identify deficiencies, and implement corrective measures in collaboration with the management team. u2022 Act as a liaison with tenants, addressing their inquiries and requests promptly while coordinating move-ins, build-outs, and special projects. u2022 Foster positive relationships with tenants to enhance retention and satisfaction. u2022 Manage construction and capital improvement projects, ensuring compliance with building standards and timelines. u2022 Assist in developing emergency response and safety plans to address potential risks and ensure readiness. Requirements u2022 Proven experience in property management, particularly with commercial properties. u2022 Strong knowledge of property management software and tools. u2022 Familiarity with budgeting, financial reporting, and expense reconciliation processes. u2022 Demonstrated ability to oversee vendor and contractor performance. u2022 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage tenant relations effectively. u2022 Experience with construction projects and capital improvements is a plus. u2022 Solid understanding of commercial leasing and agreements. u2022 Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
