POSITION SUMMARY: In collaboration with the Therapy Manager, the lead acute care therapist supports the management of the rehabilitation services departments to provide a climate optimal for the provisions of individualized, goal directed therapy care that supports the mission, vision and values of Medical City Alliance. Employee will provide direct patient care by continuously evaluating, developing a treatment plan and conducting appropriate therapy to meet the individual needs of medically referred population including NICU, adult, and geriatrics in an efficient, productive manner within the guidelines of the discipline specific therapy practice act and the associationu2019s standards for practice and code of ethics. POSITION QUALIFICATIONS A. Education/Skills u00b7 Bacheloru2019s Degree required. u00b7 Must be knowledgeable for safe patient care in an acute setting. B. Experience u00b7 Acute care experience, wound care, and/or NICU experience preferred. C. Licenses, Registrations and/or Certifications u00b7 Active and current TX PT, OT, or ST license.
