Job Description Overview: The Site Project Manager is responsible for local site-specific Post Go-Live Electronic Health Record (EHR) Transition Readiness project plan management; completing deliverable status reports to the client and internal teams; coordinating activities and ownership with client counterparts; executing Transition Readiness Methodology to ensure local informatics readiness to assume ownership of EHR support; advising the client on expectations in a consultative role; and managing client communication. Roles and Responsibilities u2022 Manage all communication and relationships between the site and the Oracle Health Readiness Team u2022 Manage the site-specific project plan and timeline and drive local site Informatics to success in preparing them for their roles Post Go-Live u2022 Present content and drive execution of the Readiness Support Methodology at a local level u2022 Own coordination of the Event Driven methodology with internal and external stakeholders for specified site(s) u2022 Work closely with internal Engagement Management Team on Deployment schedules and events u2022 Coordinate and manage all site call and event execution u2022 Responsible for tracking the timeline for IMS Updates to the VISN PM u2022 Responsible for tracking the timeline of PGL events for the MPR to report back to VISN PM u2022 Responsible for tracking and management of the Readiness Checklist u2022 Participate in internal scrums with Site Readiness counterparts u2022 Manage all site-specific risks and report back through internal Site Readiness scrums Recommended Qualifications for Site Project Manager Education & Experience u2022 Bacheloru2019s degree in healthcare administration, nursing, health informatics, business, or a related field (required) u2022 Masteru2019s degree in health informatics, public health, business administration (MBA), or project management (preferred) u2022 5+ years of experience in healthcare IT, clinical informatics, or EHR implementation/project management (required) u2022 Experience managing EHR transitions or post-go-live optimization efforts (strongly preferred) u2022 Prior experience working in a hospital, healthcare system, or VA environment (preferred) u2022 Hands-on experience with Oracle Health/Cerner solutions, including design, build, implementation, troubleshooting, and optimization (required) Certifications (Preferred but Not Required) u2022 PMP (Project Management Professional) u2013 if responsible for large-scale project planning u2022 Certified Professional in Healthcare Information and Management Systems (CPHIMS) u2013 validates informatics expertise u2022 Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt or higher) u2013 if involved in process improvement u2022 Change Management Certification (e.g., Prosci) u2013 beneficial for driving EHR adoption Core Skills & Competencies Project Management & Execution u2022 Experience leading site-specific readiness projects related to EHR implementation and transition u2022 Ability to track deliverables and align them with Post Go-Live (PGL) eadiness milestones u2022 Strong understanding of Event-Driven Methodology (EDM) and transition frameworks u2022 Ability to assess current-state processes and provide strategic recommendations for future-state improvements Oracle Health/Cerner Solutions Expertise u2022 Experience designing, configuring, and implementing Oracle Health/Cerner solutions, including clinical and operational workflows u2022 Ability to troubleshoot and resolve EHR-related issues, collaborating with IT and clinical staff u2022 Familiarity with Millennium architecture, PowerChart, Orders, and other Oracle Health/Cerner applications u2022 Understanding of system testing, validation, and optimization to enhance user adoption and system performance Healthcare & Informatics Expertise u2022 Deep understanding of clinical workflows, informatics principles, and site readiness requirements u2022 Knowledge of VA and Oracle Health (Cerner) policies, contract, EHR governance, and post-go-live expectations u2022 Familiarity with EHR data governance, interpret EHR performance metrics and readiness indicators to drive decision-making u2022 Familiarity with change request tracking, ticketing systems, and ITIL service management processes (preferred) u2022 Strong attention to detail with the ability to proofread and edit content to ensure high-quality deliverables Responsibilities An experienced professional who is a domain and process expert with a deep understanding of research, clinical practices and solutions. Partner with Oracle client Clinical leadership to form longitudinal relationships and holistically impact client performance and satisfaction through optimization activities and strategic initiatives during client project engagements. Collaborate with development teams to design and position innovative solutions in the marketplace. Leads solution design for existing and prospective external customer engagements. Identifies areas for new solution offerings. Analyzes external customer needs and exercises judgment and business acumen in selecting methods and techniques to design non-routine and complex solutions to help ensure Oracle solution meets the customeru2019s objectives by combining industry best practices and product/process knowledge. Influences external customer leadership in acceptance of Oracle solutions and services to facilitate the closing of deals. Leads the domain specific solution design aspects of engagement(s) ensuring high quality and integrated solutions. Supports the business development efforts by pursuing new opportunities and extensions. May perform other duties as assigned. Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only US: Hiring Range in USD from: $97,500 to $199,500 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
