Quality Lab Technician

Now Hiring Quality Lab Technician in Lubbock, TX Start Date: Monday, October 13, 2025 Job Description We are seeking dedicated Lab Technicians to join our team in performing essential quality seed testing at one of the largest cotton seed sites globally. This is a great opportunity for individuals looking for an entry level lab position Responsibilities + Perform visual quality inspection on seed samples. + Conduct basic laboratory tests including pH, protein assays, moisture testing, and titrations. + Execute warm and cool germination testing. + Carry out purity analysis of seeds. + Perform seed counts accurately. + Organize and conduct sampling procedures for products. Skills & Qualifications + Proficiency in quality control and quality assurance practices. + Experience with visual inspections and quality inspections. + High School Diploma required. + Bachelor of Science in Agriculture, Natural Science, Plant Science, or Crop Science preferred. + Must possess a valid Passport or Birth Certificate for onboarding. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $16.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
