IT Technical Administrative Assistant

Job Description Insight Global is seeking to fill an Administrative Assistant position in the Houston area for a client. As an Administrative Assistant, your role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth functioning of our organization's IT operations. You'll collaborate closely with IT professionals, executives, and other team members to maintain efficient workflows. Your responsibilities will include reception tasks, such as ensuring office materials are stocked and purchased promptly, expense reports, shipping and receiving, purchase orders, quotes etc. Other administrative duties involve managing and proofreading documentation and records, coordinating employee PTO and expenses. This person will also handle confidential information.
