With each deal closed, youll support our vision to lead the industry in connectivity, technology, and the Specialist-Business Connectivity Sales role, you will accelerate customer growth by concentrating on acquiring new business customers and cross-selling to eligible customers with Fiber and 5G connections. The position is performance-based, focusing on acquiring new customer sales and expanding market share.What youll do:- Sell a simplified ATandT product set, such as, Business Fiber, Business Wireless (Voice), Fixed Wireless, and Value-Added Services.- Achieve sales objectives by structuring and securing new high-speed data service agreements with customers in designated low fiber penetrated buildings.- Be knowledgeable about the ATandT product set and emphasize the features of products to highlight how they solve customer problems (paid training will be provided).- Will customarily and regularly conduct primary sales duties away from the employer's business premises.- Duties directly related to making sales includes: - Prospecting via cold calls and door knocking. - Traveling to and from the customers premise. - Meeting with customers in person to engage in sales activities at their locations. - Communicating with customers through phone calls, conference calls, emails, and other channels regarding proposed solutions and sales.What you need:- Valid drivers license and current auto insurance- Reliable vehicle per transportation needs of the market.- Demonstrated ability to meet and/or exceed assigned sales targets.- Strong networking and negotiation skillsWhat youll bring:- Some prior sales experience - preferably in an environment with set targets- Outside telecommunications sales experience is a plus- Efficient in sales funnel management is a plusDriving connectivity and building a more connected world comes with many rewards - starting with your paycheck.
