You will assist the Specialist chair-side, as needed, during treatment procedures. You will have the support you need to maximize your career potential and help make a difference in your community one smile at a time. u00b7 Travel to nearby offices to support patient care u00b7 Take dental X-rays u00b7 Set up and breakdown operatory post treatment u00b7 Manage infection control u2013 prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment u00b7 Educate patients on appropriate oral hygiene strategies to maintain good oral health u00b7 Perform various office tasks as necessary u00b7 Work collaboratively with other members of the dental team to provide exceptional patient care Qualifications: u00b7 Active license, registration, or permit as required by the state of practice; including x-ray certification u00b7 Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients of all ages and backgrounds u00b7 Commitment to ongoing learning and professional development u00b7 High school diploma or equivalent May vary by independently owned and operated Aspen Dental locations. As this position requires daily travel to assigned offices, you must maintain a valid non-restricted driveru2019s license and appropriate insurance or the ability to be insured under the employeru2019s fleet insurance program (for those assigned a Company fleet vehicle).
