Your role and responsibilities We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Associate Partner Cybersecurity with a proven track record in leading cybersecurity initiatives within the distribution sector. This individual will serve as a trusted advisor to C-suite executives, helping organizations navigate the complex cybersecurity landscape through strategic risk management, threat mitigation, and robust defense capabilities.Key Responsibilities:Act as a strategic advisor to executive leadership (including non-IT C-suite) on cybersecurity strategy, enterprise risk management, and regulatory compliance.Lead and deliver complex cybersecurity consulting engagements, particularly in the areas of Security Strategy Risk, Cyber Threat Management, and Cyber Defend domains.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement comprehensive security solutions aligned with business objectives.Manage and mentor security practitioners and project teams to ensure high-quality delivery and continuous capability development.Drive transformation programs aimed at reshaping security organizations across multiple towers, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and compliance standards.Build strong client relationships, demonstrating subject matter expertise and delivering insights that address critical business challenges.Travel up to 75% as required to support client engagements and business development activities.
