Overview Job Summary Details: Pay: $9.00 an hour plus Tip Full-Time, holidays and weekends are a requirement. The Airline Passenger Assistant, also known as the Wheelchair Agent, fulfills airline passenger service obligations for passengers who require or request wheelchair assistance. Passenger services positions are very customer service-oriented and u201ctippingu201d is allowed and customary. Wheelchair Agents who provide extraordinary customer service are known to increase their earning potential between $25u2013$100 per week. For information about ABMu2019s benefits, visit ABM Employee Benefits Front Line Team Members ( (Programa de Beneficios de ABM) Basic Qualifications: u2022 Must be 18 years of age or older u2022 No high school diploma, GED or college degree required u2022 No experience required and on the job training provided Preferred Qualification: u2022 One (1) year of customer service experience preferred Responsibilities: u2022 Follow safety precautions at all times while transporting passengers u2022 Positive interpersonal interaction with passengers u2022 Comply with all client and/or site security requirements and processes u2022 Safely transport passengers in wheelchairs from their retrieval point to their desired destination within the client site or grounds u2022 Assist passengers with baggage retrieval and transport, if necessary u2022 Coordinate assignments with dispatchers and gate Agents, if necessary u2022 Complete thorough Incident Reports A good job for someone just entering the workforce or returning to the workforce with limited experience and education.
