You will lead by example, training, coaching, and recognizing your team to deliver unforgettable customer experiences. When your team shines, so do you In this dynamic role, you will take charge of daily operations in the Restaurant General Manager's absence, making key decisions and driving the team toward excellence. You will work a 45-hour week, with 40 hours at regular pay and 5 hours at time and a half, providing a balanced and rewarding work experience. The Day-to-Day: + Ensure consistent customer satisfaction by eu01afectively modeling the MIC Success Routine and prioritizing customer needs. + Oversee Team Members' adherence to Shift Excellence responsibilities, maintain high food safety standards, and uphold Core excellence. + Assist with Profit & Loss management, including cash control, security procedures, inventory maintenance, and labor management. + Collaborate with the RGM in assessing team performance, providing ongoing constructive and positive feedback. Address employee relations issues as they arise. + Assist in sourcing, recruiting, interviewing, and hiring Team Members, while driving a culture of equity, inclusion, and belonging. Is this you? -The ideal Assistant Manager: + One to two year restaurant/retail management experience. + High School Diploma or General Education degree (GED) + Must be at least 18 years of age + Is a dynamic, positive leader, a self-starter, proactively driven to get things done + Excellent oral and written communication skills + Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills with exceptional team building capability + Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. + Basic business math and accounting skills along with computer literacy + Strong analytical/decision-making skills
