42519BR Requisition ID: 42519BR Business Unit: NAU Job Description: CDM Smith currently has a new opportunity for a Client Service Leader within our West Transportation Group to lead sales efforts for our Bay Area transportation practice. In this position, you will work with a dynamic team to continue building our transportation business. You will lead the development of a business strategy for the increase of sales with our existing clients and developing new clients across the greater Bay Area region. This position leads the business development activities, oversees overall client service, represent CDM Smith on transportation related boards or organizations, and serve as a leader in your office and throughout the organization. As a member of this team, you would contribute to CDM Smith's mission by: u2022 Developing new business and maintaining high-value relationships with clients for services in the greater Bay Area market and others where you see opportunity. u2022 Developing and managing client teams that include project managers, technical specialists, national leaders, as well as junior staff to develop strategic capture plans, proposal efforts, presentations, and other efforts of business development. u2022 Serving as a key member of our strategy team promoting growth in the Bay Area as well as supporting other West Transportation Group growth initiatives. u2022 Serving as a technical or project lead as needed on projects of significant size and strategic importance. u2022 Being active in professional societies in which clients or potential clients are members. u2022 Being a strong leader internally and externally. #LI-KM1 Job Title: Transportation Client Service Leader Group: TWG Employment Type: Regular Minimum Qualifications: u2022 Bachelor's degree. u2022 12 years of related experience. u2022 Domestic and/or international travel may be required. The frequency of travel is contingent on specific duties, responsibilities, and the essential functions of the position, which may vary depending on workload and project demands. u2022 Equivalent additional directly related experience will be considered in lieu of a degree. Additional Compensation: All bonuses at CDM Smith are discretionary and may or may not apply to this position. Work Location Options: Hybrid Work Options may be considered for successful candidate. Pay Range Minimum: $136,947 Pay Range Maximum: $239,699 Additional Pay Range Information: The pay range for this position is listed above. This pay range is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels for this position based on the geographic location assigned to the position. Please note that pay ranges vary based on geographic location. In addition to geographic location, the company considers several other factors when extending an offer including but not limited to the role, function and associated responsibilities, the candidateu2019s work experience, education/training and key skills.
