Particular responsibilities may vary from project to project; however, they essentially include: u2022 Responsible for overall field operations of a project from the standpoint of safety, quality control, scheduling, contracts, conformances to drawings, specifications, and customer relations. u2022 Ability to work independently and utilize value judgment without direct supervision. u2022 Prepares contract extras and progress payments for client approval working with Project Manager. u2022 Utilizes expertise to ensure contractor work is correct, safe, and meets the intent of the drawings. u2022 Maintain comfortable business relations with the clients. u2022 Meet project schedule. u2022 Provide proper correspondence with clients such that all project issues are handled in a clear, concise and friendly manner. u2022 Maintain responsive, smooth relations with parallel operation within The Perry Group. u2022 Maintains on-site records and files per The Perry Group document control requirements. u2022 Understand The Perry Group Quality Policy Statement. u2022 Follow the Quality Systems Work Instructions. Accountability u2022 Provide accurate information in the Daily Reports and Quality Inspection Reports. u2022 Monitoring construction schedule with/for the Construction Manager. u2022 Maintain responsive, smooth relations with parallel operation within The Perry Group. Pay Range Minimum: $100,000.00 Pay Range Maximum: $153,000.00 Job Title: The Perry Group: Construction Manager 2 (power & electrical, field) Group: PGL Employment Type: Regular Minimum Qualifications: u2022 Six (6) or more years of relevant experience with a Bacheloru2019s degree or, u2022 Eight (8) or more years of relevant experience with an Associate degree or, u2022 Ten (10) or more years of relevant experience with a high school diploma or equivalent. The Bachelor or Associate degree must be in Construction Management, Engineering, or similar technical field.
