Summary: As a Commercial Sourcing Manager, Power for Data Centers, you will play a critical role in driving sourcing decisions and managing supplier relationships for electrical/power categories, AI support, and owner furnished equipment products. You will be the primary commercial sourcing and operations contact, where you will lead negotiation and sourcing strategies, partner with engineering and technology teams to drive innovation, meet high quality standards and cost-savings via a customized supply chain. This position reports to the Manager of Sourcing Infra Data Center as part of the Infra Products and Services Team. Required Skills: Commercial Sourcing Manager - Data Center, Power Responsibilities: 1. Develop and maintain strategic vendor partnerships through effective relationship management, including implementing and managing performance metrics (e.g., scorecards), conducting regular business reviews to assess performance and identify areas for improvement, and fostering collaborative relationships with key vendors to drive business growth and ensure Meta's commercial and technical requirements are met 2. Ensure business metrics are met through the end-to-end process, from manufacturing through to delivery and operation at the data center 3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Manufacturing Quality, Strategic Engineering and Design, Global Site Sourcing, Data Center Facility Operations, Data Center Construction, Connectivity and Partnership 4. Maintain current knowledge of the technology and industry trends for Electrical/Power systems and related technologies and perform competitive analysis on relevant offerings 5. Manage operations and improve the business by defining and driving core business metrics and risk indicators. Provide metrics to quarterly business reviews to measure supply chain health and forward-looking risk 6. Drive supplier proposals, RFP/RFI/RFQ and business awards. Resolve all commercial and technical queries arising from the quote process. Develop negotiation strategy and approach, acceptable terms and conditions, and lead the negotiation team through to closure 7. Negotiate contracts, including Master Purchase Agreements (MPA), Master Service Agreements (MSA), and Statements of Work (SOW), with a demonstrated understanding of key terms and conditions 8. Own and provide market and actual unit and total cost data, including development of should-cost models 9. Drive all critical operations related to assurance of supply and capacity through partnership with Demand/Supply team for accurate demand forecasting, materials management, qualification and reliability management and supply allocation decisions Minimum Qualifications: Minimum Qualifications: 10. Bachelor's degree in a related technical or business field, or equivalent combination of education and experience in commodity management in a high tech environment 11. 10+ years of experience in business or supply chain experience, with a focus in data center, cloud service providers, compute, artificial intelligence systems, or hardware supply chain and associated industries 12. Experience interfacing with internal and external partners in often ambiguous and cross-functional environment, requiring a wide latitude for judgment while coordinating people and technical resources 13.
