Transdev in Phoenix, AZ is hiring a Site Autonomous Vehicle Care representative. Site Autonomous Vehicle Care is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and esthetics of Autonomous Vehicles to ensure a premium experience for Riders. This is an entry level position that will familiarize the employee with aspects of Autonomous Vehicles Operations. They are responsible for daily cleanliness maintenance of the vehicleu2019s exterior, interior and sensors that meet quality and efficient delivery of services according to Transdevu2019s safety and customer requirements. Competitive compensation package of minimum $26.00 u2013 Maximum $30.00 Benefits may vary depending on location policy. The below represents the standard Corporate Policy. Key Responsibilities: + _Operate and Maintain Transdevu2019s high standard of safety_ + _Maintain the proper esthetics of the vehicle by sanitizing and attaining the cleanliness requirements of the interior, exterior and sensors to meet clearly defined quality standards, through the use of standard operating procedures using approved products._ + _Maintain high degree of confidentiality of all information_ + _Follow procedures, and standards that include taking personal responsibility for the safety of self and others ._ + _Capable of responding quickly to changing and potentially high-pressure environment_ + _Assist with simple vehicle adjustments and settings up while cars are parked._ + _Complete duties in a timely manner while adhering to schedules._ + _Ensures that delays in service are recorded and communicated._ + _All other duties as required._ Required Knowledge Skills and Abilities (KSAs): + _Proficiency with using a touchscreen smartphone_ + _Ability to read, understand, and interpret operating rules, regulations, policies._ + _Good written and oral communication skills_ + _Ability to organize and perform work efficiently with strong attention to detail_ + _Proficient written and verbal communication skills_ + _Ability to communicate effectively with supervisor and peers_ + _Must be able to work either early mornings, evenings, and/or weekends, flexible shift if needed_ + _Must be eager, self-starter, and demonstrate good judgment in fast-paced environments_ + _Punctual, reliable, and team player_ Required Education and Experience: + _High School Diploma or GED preferred._ + _Proven experience in vehicle maintenance_ Physical Requirements: + _Long periods of standing, walking, and sitting_ + _Must be able to withstand working outdoors in inclement weather_ + _Occasionally required to climb or balance; stoop; kneel; crouch; or crawl_ + _Occasionally required to lift and or move up to 45 pounds_ + _May work in extreme heat and cold, and in damp environment with moderate noise_ + _Remaining work is accomplished in an office or in a cubicle space equipped with a telephone and computer; time is spent sitting, typing, or looking at a computer_ + _Must use close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust_ _focus_ Pre-Employment Requirements: + _Must be 21 years old_ + _All Transdev employees must satisfactorily complete a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
