Staff Accountant

Description Job Title: Staff Accountant u2013 Accounts Receivable Location: City of Industry, CA (On-site) Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent A dynamic and growing manufacturing company in the City of Industry is looking for a Staff Accountant with a focus on accounts receivable. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented and motivated to grow their accounting career in a supportive, fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: + Process and reconcile accounts receivable transactions + Monitor customer accounts and follow up on past-due invoices + Assist with month-end close and financial reporting + Communicate with clients to resolve billing/payment issues + Prepare journal entries and maintain general ledger accuracy + Support corporate and sales tax filings + Contribute to improving cash flow and AR processes + Assist with accounts payable as needed Qualifications: + 1u20133 years of accounting experience (manufacturing a plus) + Strong understanding of AR and general accounting principles + Proficient in Excel and accounting systems + Eager to learn, take initiative, and grow within the company For confidential consideration, please email your Robert Half recruiter.
