Position offers a competitive salary and excellent benefits Responsibilities: u2022 Verify and process vendor invoices in a precise and timely manner. u2022 Maintain a large number of vendor accounts while adhering to company policies and procedures. u2022 Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to resolve discrepancies swiftly. u2022 Perform 3-way and 2-way matching of invoices to purchase orders. u2022 Reconcile vendor statements and work with the Purchasing team to resolve discrepancies. u2022 Process employee expense reports, validate expenses are within company guidelines, correct errors, and question abnormal expenses. u2022 Participate in system enhancements and upgrades in collaboration with Financial Systems team. u2022 Provide excellent customer service to all stakeholders, including vendors, management, and colleagues. u2022 Perform special projects and other ad-hoc duties as needed.
