There is a partnership opportunity in as soon as 3 years Responsibilities: u2022 Conduct thorough research on tax-related matters. u2022 Undertake the preparation and review of tax returns for a variety of clients, including corporations, partnerships, and individuals with high net worth. u2022 Recognize and execute opportunities to minimize effective tax rates. u2022 Use Accounting Software Systems and ADP - Financial Services efficiently for various tasks. u2022 Apply knowledge of Accounting Functions and Annual Income Tax Provision in daily tasks. u2022 Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations. u2022 Advise on Entity Formation based on tax considerations. u2022 Utilize CCH ProSystem Fx for tax processes and procedures. Requirements u2022 Possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within a CPA firm or other related industry. u2022 Proficient in using Accounting Software Systems for financial management and reporting. u2022 Familiarity with CCH Access or ProSystem Fx or similar tax software is required. u2022 Ability to perform Accounting Functions accurately and efficiently. u2022 Experience in preparing Annual Income Tax Provision. u2022 Knowledge of Compliance regulations and standards in the finance industry. u2022 Expertise in Entity Formation and its related legal and financial implications. u2022 Must have a valid CPA license or equivalent professional qualification. u2022 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients and colleagues. u2022 Analytical and problem-solving skills to handle complex tax issues. u2022 Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. u2022 Strong organizational skills to manage various tasks and meet deadlines. u2022 Must be proactive and able to work independently as well as part of a team. u2022 Commitment to continuous professional development and staying updated on industry trends and changes in tax laws. u2022 Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, for data analysis and reporting. u2022 Excellent attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy in work output.
