Qualifications + Graduate of an accredited nursing program (RN, LPN, or LVN) + Active nursing license in practicing state(s) + Minimum 1 year of experience (preferred) + Current CPR certification + PPD or chest x-ray (if required) + Valid health certificate (per contract/state) + Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements + Must be 18 years or older ??
