Clinical Supervisor | Licensed Clinical Social Worker

Salary: $2000 / Week Pay $55 hourly- $60 hourly Amergis is seeking a Clinical Supervisor for a contract-to-hire position with our partner organization. This role provides trauma-informed clinical and administrative support to licensed and unlicensed staff, case managers, and volunteers. The supervisor ensures high-quality mental health, case management, and advocacy services for individuals affected by child maltreatment, domestic violence, and sexual assault. Key Responsibilities: u2022 Provide individual and group clinical supervision. u2022 Ensure compliance with BBS and AAMFT ethical standards. u2022 Oversee clinical documentation and treatment interventions. u2022 Support staff development through training and supervision. u2022 Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for case consultation. u2022 Monitor service delivery and staff productivity. Qualifications: u2022 Masteru2019s Degree in MFT, Social Work, or Clinical Psychology. u2022 Active CA LMFT or LCSW license. u2022 Experience in trauma, crisis intervention, and multidisciplinary teams. u2022 Knowledge of evidence-based practices (TFCBT, CPT, Seeking Safety). u2022 Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills. u2022 Bilingual Spanish preferred. Additional Requirements: u2022 Background checks and licensure verification. u2022 Reliable vehicle and valid CA driveru2019s license. u2022 Availability for rotating on-call supervision.
