GENERAL PURPOSE: The Manager, Corporate Talent Acquisition will drive the development and day to day execution of the recruitment team, Supporting our Supply Chain and Distribution Centers. This role is responsible for driving excellence in talent acquisition by fostering strong partnerships with key stakeholders, optimizing recruitment processes, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals. The Corporate Talent Acquisition department is dedicated to identifying and hiring the right talent efficiently to meet business needs. The base salary range for this role is $108,800 - $165,950. The base salary range is dependent on factors including, but not limited to, experience, skills, qualifications, relevant education, certifications, seniority, and location. The range listed is just one component of the total compensation package for employees. Other rewards vary by position and location. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: u2022 Lead, engage, develop and retain team of recruiters. u2022 Partner with senior management and functional business areas to develop and execute staffing strategies and initiatives for current and future needs u2022 Align with Corporate HR Business Partners on client groups vison, strategic initiatives and staffing plans to ensure Talent Acquisition provides effective support model. u2022 Ensure that the recruiting needs of the functional team are met while driving hiring manager and candidate satisfaction through monthly/quarterly reviews with the business u2022 Partner with TA Leadership to develop and execute recruitment processes and evaluate compliance regularly u2022 Strengthen the brand of the Talent Acquisition team by continuously delivering on expectations, and communicating successes and wins throughout the organization u2022 Champion the recruiting culture, and develop a talent pipeline, that creates candidate flow and increases business partner involvement in the recruiting process u2022 Enable and track team's ability to utilize the ATS, CRM and other recruitment technology. u2022 Adopt and develop the Talent Advisor mindset for self and team. u2022 Participate in Monthly Operational Reviews to review performance metrics and forecast future needs. u2022 Support recruiting initiatives as needed in the areas of: o Hiring Manager and candidate satisfaction o Recruiting results and metrics o Selection and candidate assessment o Diversity in the candidate pool o Utilization of preferred providers as we contract with external firms o Fulfill service level agreements with hiring managers and business leaders o Supervise, train and develop team members as needed o Manage projects and programs as identified/needed COMPETENCIES: u2022 Ensures Accountability & Execution u2022 Organizational Agility u2022 Plans, Aligns, and Prioritizes u2022 Leading by Example u2022 Communicates Effectively u2022 Business Acumen QUALIFICATIONS AND SPECIAL SKILLS REQUIRED: u2022 Minimum of 5 years of recruiting for Corporate based roles, ideally including experience in both in-house and search firm/agency environments u2022 At least 2 years of people management experience preferred u2022 Proven ability to build and manage effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels, serving as a trusted and consultative partner u2022 Demonstrated creativity thinking in solving complex Talent Acquisition challenges beyond traditional recruiting. u2022 Track record of successfully leading initiatives that address both immediate and long-term hiring needs u2022 Strong influencing skills and manage conflict u2022 Problem-solving abilities with a continuous improvement mindset u2022 Excellent written and verbal communication skills u2022 Highly organized with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple competing demands in a fast-paced environment. u2022 Demonstrated executive presence, professionalism, and adaptability in dynamic business condition u2022 Strong computer skills -- Word, Excel, PowerPoint a plus u2022 Experience with Taleo Applicant Tracking system and Avature CRM a plus u2022 Understanding of employment laws including EEO, ADA, and related regulation u2022 Bachelor's degree required u2022 Position based in our Dublin, CA headquarters u2022 Ability to travel as needed PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS/ADA: Job requires ability to work in an office environment, primarily on a computer. Requires sitting, standing, walking, hearing, talking on the telephone, attending in-person meetings, typing, and working with paper/files, etc. Consistent timeliness and regular attendance. Vision requirements: Ability to see information in print and/or electronically. This role requires regular in-office presence, including to engage in in-person team interaction, meetings and collaboration, client support, mentoring, coaching, and/or feedback.
