Requisition ID: 2025-424860 Employment Type: Full Time Department: Physical Rehabilitation Care Hours/Pay Period: 80 Shift: Day Weekly Schedule: Monday - Friday (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM) Remote: No Category: Nursing Leadership Responsibilities Position Summary: As our Nurse Manager Rehab at Northridge Hospital Medical Center, youu2019ll oversee services on our CARF accredited inpatient nursing rehab unit and act as the conduit between our caregivers and leadership teams. You will communicate the organizationu2019s goals to the staff as we constantly seek to improve patient experience and outcomes. At the same time, you will advocate for your team by bringing any issues, requests, or new ideas from them to leadership. To thrive in this role, you must be competent and confident. Utilizing your excellent communication skills one-on-one and in front of groups, you will tackle tough conversations and, above all, be an educator at heart. Qualifications Required Education and Experience: + Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or equivalent education and experience required. + Minimum of three (3) years of nursing experience and one (1) year of leadership experience required.
