Job Description Insight Global is looking for a Semiconductor System Engineer (SPE Architect) with hands-on experience in High-Speed Physical Layer components, including Laser Drivers, TIAs, DSPs, and Equalizers, for high-speed networking applications. - Define next generation products (specs, features, etc.) based on future customer needs, innovative ideas, competitive analysis, standards trends, marketing and R&D inputs, cost constraints, etc. - Work closely with R&D throughout the design phase and until production release to address any definition-related topic. - Prepare technical material to influence standardization activities ensure new product alignment. - Attend standardization group meetings (IEEE, OIF, SFF, PCI-SIG) - Visit key customers to understand their challenges/needs and promote new products.
