Apply now to become part of our team Responsibilities Academic Hospitalist/ Core FacultyDesert Valley - Victorville, CALocation: Desert Valley, Victorville, CASchedule:Full-Time, Resident Teaching ResponsibilitiesDesert Valley in Victorville, CA, is seeking a dedicated and passionate Academic Hospitalist Physician to join our team as a Core Faculty member. This unique role combines patient care with the rewarding opportunity to educate and mentor the next generation of physicians.Opportunity Highlights: + Day Shift Hospitalist with Academic opportunity. + Board-Certified in Internal Medicine(required) + Will work with Internal Medicine residents u2013 Responsible for rounding with residents and serving as core faculty for Internal Medicine Residency Program. + Preferably okay doing procedures but not required. + Open ICU. + Traditional Work Schedule: Monday to Friday (8AM to 5PM) + 1 weekend a month. + The position is in Victorville, CA u2013 around 45 minutes away from Ontario and Rancho Cucamonga, CA. + Base salary starts at $250-275K. + Semi-annual production bonus in addition to base salary. + Sign-On Bonus and Relocation Reimbursement for Full-Time. + Open to J-1 Visa waiver sponsorship (Primary Care shifts required) About Desert Valley:Desert Valley is a respected healthcare provider in Victorville, CA, known for delivering high-quality, patient-centered care. A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is between $250,000-275,000.
