Job Summary Details: The Lead Cleaner is responsible for giving direction, motivation, and guidance to a team of cleaners. Pay: $ 22.00 hourly rate The pay listed is the hourly range or the hourly rate for this position. For information about ABMu2019s benefits, visit ABM Employee Benefits Front Line Team Members ( (Programa de Beneficios de ABM) Qualifications: u2022 Must be 18 years of age or older u2022 Must have 1 year similar work experience u2022 No high school diploma, GED or college degree required Responsibilities: u2022 Provide leadership and direction to team members u2022 Relay communication between team members, client, customers and management u2022 Report performance issues to the Supervisor u2022 Assist with the training of cleaning team u2022 Coordinate work assignments u2022 Assist with making daily and weekly work schedules u2022 Oversee and perform cleaning operations in assigned building u2022 Manage security of keys and access cards for the property u2022 Report work orders for maintenance u2022 Makes sure premises are secured at all times u2022 Work with Manager to schedule jobs with Property Manager and cleaning crew to complete the work u2022 Oversees quality of jobs and confirms completion with Manager u2022 Provide training to all new hires assigned to the building u2022 Check supplies, equipment, and chemicals weekly u2022 Complete order forms completely and accurately u2022 Coordinate equipment usage and inventories A good job for someone just entering the workforce or returning to the workforce with limited experience and education.
