Accounts Receivable Specialist Pay Rate: $19.00/hr- $22.00/hr DOE Schedule: Mon-Fri, 8AM-5PM (Flexible hours) Dress code: Business casual Responsibilities: Provides financial and administrative support to the Finance Department in some or all of the tasks below:• Oversee all accounts receivable functions• Prepare all AR invoices for HopeSource programs, including supporting documents and reports that comply with agency and contract policy• Review the monthly supporting documents received from Sub Contractor• Maintain the filing system for paid and unpaid invoices for program grants• Enter cash receipts for grant related (CR) and Accounts receivable receipts (ARC) on a regular bases• Enter and update program budgets• Maintain files for all AR/CR/BD related financial transactions• Attend staff meetings and trainings as required• Other duties as assigned If you are interested in applying for this position, here are three ways to apply: Apply online at Apply in person at our office, located at 1021 S 40th Ave Suite 1 Yakima, WA 98908 Download our app 'Express Jobs App' and apply from your mobile device.
